FEES

$499 - We charge $499 to place a tenant. If you already have an existing tenant this fee will be waived

8% - We charge 8% of the monthly rent to manage your property for you. If your property isn’t rented. We aren’t getting paid.

10% - We charge 10% to handle and manage any repairs. If the repair is $100. We charge $10 to handle it. You do have the option to handle all repairs yourself if you would like. This is what sets us apart from most property management companies. This is where property managers make a majority of their money in service fees.

Month to month contract. Cancel anytime without penalty if you are not satisfied.

SMART SELLER PROGRAM

If you ever decide you need to sell your home we can offer you a discounted listing package that can save you 30%-60% in fees compared to 6% that most brokers charge. Our fees range from just $1,995 if you already have a buyer to 3.99% for a full-service listing (Not 6% like most agents). Please ask about our Smart Seller Program.
